Shipping Policy

At Pine Press, many of our products are made especially for you. We work with trusted production and fulfillment partners to print, package, and ship our products directly to you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order, your delivery location, and the fulfillment location of each product. Your applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products may be produced and fulfilled by different partners or locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each package. Please don’t be concerned if everything in your order doesn’t arrive together.

Processing & Delivery

As many Pine Press products are made to order, please allow time for your items to be produced before they ship. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, production partner, and shipping method.

Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or in your shipping confirmation are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. If your order is being fulfilled in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Because orders may enter production shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been submitted.

Pine Press is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking information. We’ll review the issue and do our best to help determine the appropriate next steps.

Some of our goods are made especially for you after you place your order. Working with carefully selected production partners allows us to offer more of our original Pine Press designs without producing unnecessary inventory.

Books and other items may be produced and fulfilled separately.

Some Pine Press products are made and shipped by different production partners, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. If everything doesn’t arrive at once, your remaining items may still be on the way.

Our books are created with young readers in mind, with colorful illustrations, playful characters, and engaging concepts designed to encourage curiosity and imagination. Recommended ages vary by book, so be sure to check each book’s description to find the best fit for your little reader.
