We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email info@pinepresscreative.com with your order number, return details will be provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Yes! The characters and illustrations you see throughout Pine Press Creative are original artwork created for our stories, books, and collections.
Some of our goods are made especially for you after you place your order. Working with carefully selected production partners allows us to offer more of our original Pine Press designs without producing unnecessary inventory.
Books and other items may be produced and fulfilled separately.
Some Pine Press products are made and shipped by different production partners, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and on different days. If everything doesn’t arrive at once, your remaining items may still be on the way.
